Growing up in Kailua, Oʻahu, I was an athlete through and through — soccer, judo, football, basketball — competition and discipline shaped who I was. By age eight, I placed 2nd in the Judo Junior National Championships, but my true love was football. My life revolved around training, teamwork, and the pursuit of excellence. I had multiple Division I offers lined up, including my dream school, Dartmouth College — until life took a turn.

The summer before my senior year, I started experiencing severe headaches and dizziness that ended my playing career. I watched opportunities fade, and for the first time, I didn’t know who I was without sports. I felt lost. Then I remembered a Hawaiian word that had always guided me: Kū Paʻa — to stand firm, steadfast, and strong.

That mindset became the foundation of Kū Paʻa Total Care. What started as a way to regain purpose has evolved into a business built on reliability, integrity, and service to others. Today, we help homeowners, realtors, and businesses across Oʻahu with hauling, disposal, deliveries, and outdoor clearing - the total care package; all done with the same dedication and teamwork that once fueled my athletic journey.
